Wine o clock, a wine experience
Italian Sommeliers of China delivered in Shanghai a wine educational event
Shanghai, March 18, 2017 - Italian Sommeliers of China delivered their latest “Wine o’ clock - a wine experience” event. ADIS - the association of Italian women in Shanghai - selected ISC to organize a custom-made wine educational event and 10 enthusiastic Shanghainese wine lovers participated in 4 hours wine course covering the following topics:
- Basic wine making concepts
- Italian wines, focus on Piedmont and Tuscany
- French wines, focus on Bordeaux and Burgundy
- Wine testing of each of the 4 above mentioned wine regions
